Easy Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake Recipe

Crust
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Filling - 5 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup seedless strawberry jam
Preparation Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix graham crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and butter. Press into bottom of pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust. Gently drop small spoonfuls of jam over batter. Swirl with a knife. Bake for 40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Remove from oven and cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve.
