Peanut Butter Frosting Recipe

To get the peanut butter out of the measuring cup easily, first spray the measuring cup with cooking spray. Ingredients
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
Preparation 1. Sift powdered sugar. Set aside. 2. In a medium bowl, with mixer on low speed, beat the butter and peanut butter until well combined. 3. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and when it starts to get thick, add the milk one tablespoon at a time, until all of the powdered sugar is blended and the frosting is fluffy and spreadable. If frosting is too thick, add a little more milk until right consistency for spreading.
